If you accept the offer we can pay you in cash on the counter, or by same-day bank transfer to a UK account in your name. Larger payments are typically completed by bank transfer for security reasons; we will always discuss the most suitable option with you in person.

Payment is made only after you have accepted the offer and completed the standard seller paperwork.

The figure for each piece is based on its weight, its tested carat (purity), the value of any non-gold components, and the current gold market rate at the time of the valuation. Send the quote together with photographs of the same items before accepting it elsewhere. We will review the information and try to offer more where commercially possible.

We try to beat genuine, current, like-for-like local quotations where commercially possible. Any final offer remains subject to physical inspection, verified weight, purity, condition, authenticity and the current gold market rate.

You will need a current photo driving licence or passport. Bring the gold items themselves and any related paperwork you happen to have — certificates and original packaging can help but are not required.
